The phenotype of bovine beta-mannosidosis (beta-mannosidase deficiency), recently identified in Salers cattle, is similar to the caprine form of the disease (Abbitt et al., 1991). This investigation was designed to characterize accumulated kidney oligosaccharides in bovine beta-mannosidosis.
