In this study, flagellin is purified biochemically from eight urease-positive thermophilic camplylobacters (UPTC) isolated from river water, sea water and mussels, and purified also from two isolates of Campylobacter jejuni and C. coli and fractionated by sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).
