AIM: To study TCR Vbeta binding sites of staphylococcal enterotoxin D(SED). METHODS: Six SED mutants were constructed by site-directed mutagenesis. The activity of promoting T cell proliferation by the mutants was detected by (3)H-TdR incorporation.
