OBJECTIVE: To study the genetic variation of Cnidium monnieri from different regions. METHODS: Random amplified polymophic DNA technique was used to analyze genetic polymorphy of Cnidium monnieri from 9 different regions, and dendrogram was constructed by UPGMA.
