Thirty-seven accessions of wild Dactylis glomerata L. were used in assessment of genetic diversity by means of amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP). Nine primer pairs were selected from 64 preparations and then used to analyze the plant materials. A total of 400 DNA fragments were amplified, among which 336 (84.0%) were polymorphic.
