Mutations in the GnRH receptor gene (GNRHR) are a cause of idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. We describe a normosmic female subject with congenital idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism in whom treatment with pulsatile GnRH resulted in an unusual response.
