The paper presents the case of a 26-yr-old patient admitted for intersexuality. Clinical examination shows statural deficit, female phenotype, melanoderma, glabrous tegmina except for the pubic area presenting horizontally inserted pilosity, labioscrotum devoid of contents, pseudomicropenis with hypospadias.
