8 allele and group specificity at HLA-DRB1 locus were genotyped in 159 unrelated individuals of Liaoning Han, with polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers. The range of gene frequencies was from 0.02201-0.23899. Heterozagosity was 83%. 33 out of 36 theoretical genotypes were identified and the result conformed to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law.
