Effect of the new antimigraine drug tropoxin on the EEG profile was studied in MR and MNRA rats with genetically determined high and low levels of emotionality, respectively. In MR rats, tropoxin decreased the number of the bioelectric activity parameters changed by the stressor action (0.9% NaCl, i.p.).
