A 45-year-old woman with a long-standing diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis (TSC) is presented. She has multifocal micronodular pneumocyte hyperplasia (MMPH) and lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) of the lung, together with the detection of TSC2 gene mutation.
