OBJECTIVE: To study the association of human leucocyte antigen and osteosarcoma in Chinese Han nationality. METHODS: The frequencies of HLA-A,B,DR,DQ locus antigens were tested in a group of 25 osteosarcoma patients and in a control group of 250 healthy persons by using complement-dependent microlymphocytoxity technique.
