Two new HLA-DRB1 alleles were identified in the course of routine class II molecular typing in Dutch Caucasoid. HLA-DRB1*0312 is similar to *03011 except for codon 57 (GAT-->AGC). DRB1*0432 is similar to *0413 but with a mutation at position 215, changing codon 72 (CGG-->CAG; Arg-->Gln). This sequence has never before been identified at this position.
