What must survive a registry adaptation?
Suppose a patient-reported measure moves from a waiting-room tablet to a phone link completed at home. What concrete example would show which component preserves the intended mechanism, while the collection channel can change locally? I am looking for the decision rule in that example: what evidence would make the channel an acceptable adaptation, and what change would instead alter the intervention itself?
