<title>Abstract</title> <p><bold>Background: </bold>Neurocysticercosis (NCC) is a neurological infection caused by the larval stage of the tapeworm Taenia solium (T. solium). The diagnosis of NCC can be challenging because of heterogeneity in clinical manifestation.
