<title>Abstract</title> <p>Hereditary renal hypouricemia is a rare autosomal recessive genetic disease, most of which are asymptomatic, while a small number of them can cause EIAKI or urinary stones. Clinicians and laboratory technicians should be familiar with the diagnosis pathway of hypouricemia. Genotyping is a powerful tool for diagnosing hereditary renal hypouricemia.</p>
