A multiplex PCR which can be useful for diagnosis of common blood parasitic infections of dogs in single reaction was standardized. Out of 40 blood samples collected from dogs with clinical signs suspected for blood parasites screened, two samples each were positive for Ehrlichia canis and Babesia canis, six samples showed the presence of B. gibsoni, nine were positive for Anaplasma platys, four showed co-infectio...
