We showed that tumor prostate cancer samples can be predicted from differentially expressed genes (DEG) (Tumor versus Normal samples, log2FC ≥1.5 and padj ≤ 0.05). PCA results confirm that the 1314 DEG’s separate tumor (n=197) from normal (n=49) samples with explained variances of 15% and 12%, for PC1 and PC2 respectivelly.
