<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Candida auris is an emerging multi-drug resistant yeast responsible for invasive infections among hospitalized patients. We described a case series of C. auris isolated in the Los Angeles area from an ongoing outbreak. Genomic analysis showed a single Clade III lineage of African origin in all 6 cases since 2019.
