We report a case of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant co-infection with influenza A H3N2 detected from Kerala, India. The patient, a 10-year-old girl, had symptoms of low-grade fever, cough, and cold. As part of the ongoing surveillance, a throat swab was taken and sent for testing, and the influenza A virus isolated from the patient was identified as subtype H3N2.
