<title>Abstract</title> <p>Based on the joint analysis of multi-omic data and the biological experiments, we demonstrate that FOXF1 inhibits invasion and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma cells and enhances anti-tumor immunity via regulating MFAP4/FAK signal axis in this study.
