<title>Abstract</title> <p>The role of adjuvant chemotherapy in stage IA (T1N0M0) pancreatic cancer remains unclear. We evaluated its survival benefit using the SEER database (2010–2022). Among 727 patients with resected stage IA disease, propensity score matching generated 241 well-balanced pairs.
