We have developed a multiplex RT‐PCR protocol for the simultaneous detection of three viroids in three different genera that infect hops: Hop latent viroid (HLVd; Cocadviroid), Hop stunt viroid (HSVd; Hostuviroid) and Apple fruit crinkle viroid (AFCVd; Apscaviroid).
