BACKGROUND - Occasional coexistence of Juvenile Angiofibroma (JA) and Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) has been previously noted, and emerging understanding of molecular mechanisms in JA indicates similarities with FAP by involvement of beta-catenin/Wnt pathway.
