<h4>Background: </h4> Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma(LELCC) is a rare variant of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC), LELCC is composed of prominently reactive lymphoid infiltration and scattered malignant epithelial cells, which may lead to misdiagnosis of pathologist, especially on rapid freezing during operation.
