The Asian citrus psyllid (ACP), Diaphorina citri Kuwayama (Hemiptera: Liviidae) vectors a bacterium, ‘Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus’ (CLas), associated with one of the world's most serious diseases of citrus, huanglongbing (HLB) (also known as citrus greening disease).
