<h4>Background: </h4> CFTR-Related Metabolic Syndrome/ Cystic Fibrosis Screen Positive, Inconclusive Diagnosis (CRMS/CFSPID) is the diagnosis in infants who have a positive Cystic Fibrosis (CF) newborn screen (NBS), 2 CF-causing mutations, and borderline or normal sweat test.
