Crossed pulmonary arteries (CPA) is a rare abnormality in which the ostium of the left pulmonary artery is located rightward and the ostium of the right pulmonary artery is leftward. CPA has been reported only once at prenatal period and has not been associated with CHARGE syndrome as yet.
