<title>Abstract</title> <p>Acute hepatic porphyria (AHP), a rare genetic disorder, causes life-threatening porphyria attacks and chronic pain and impairs daily functioning and quality of life. Recently, a new siRNA therapy, givosiran, became available for AHP.
