<title>Abstract</title> <p>In 2024, unprecedented outbreaks of dengue virus (DENV) and Oropouche virus (OROV) were reported in Latin America and the Caribbean. We describe a case of co-infection with DENV serotype 3 and OROV imported into Portugal from Cuba.
