Bacillus spp. is widely used in agriculture due to its diverse biological activities. We isolated a Bacillus velezensis SH-1471 from the rhizosphere soil of healthy tobacco, which has broad-spectrum antagonistic activity against a variety of plant pathogenic fungi such as Fusarium oxysporum, and can be colonized in the rhizosphere of a variety of plants.
