<h4>Background: </h4> Huanglongbing (HLB) is the most serious disease of citrus. HLB is caused by the obligate, intracellular bacterium “ Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus” ( C Las). C Las is transmitted by Diaphorina citri , the Asian citrus psyllid.
