<h4>Summary</h4> Diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis in hospitals is poor. We compared patient outcomes before and after implementation of a clinical protocol for low-trauma fractures. Patients in the pathway were more likely to receive information about osteoporosis or osteoporosis medications.
