The genus MetapariaCrotch, 1873 is revised and its species illustrated. A brief systematic history is provided. Metaparia mandibuloflexa Sublett, Schultz, and Cook, new species and Metaparia prosopis Sublett, Schultz, and Cook, new species are described.
