Porcine teschovirus (PTV) is a causative agent of polio, encephalomyelitis, reproductive disorders, and gastrointestinal and respiratory diseasesin swine. In this study, the PTV-2 GX/2020 strain was isolated from pig intestinal tissue using ST cells.
