<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Here, we evaluated in vivo antitumor activity, target engagement, selectivity, and tumor specificity of ADT-1004, an orally bioavailable prodrug of ADT-007 having highly potent and selective pan-RAS inhibitory activity.
