<title>Abstract</title> <p>Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD) is a rare non-Langerhans'cell histiocytosisdescribed in 1930 by Jakob Erdheim and William Chester, it can present as a multisystemic entity that forms xanthogranulomas which are foamy histiocytes surrounded by fibrotic tissue.
