A framework linkage map was developed using 284 F10 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) from a ’Lemont’×’Teqing’ rice cultivar cross. Evaluation of a subset of 245 of these RILs with five races of the rice blast pathogen permitted RFLP mapping of three major resistance genes from Teqing and one major gene from Lemont.
