<title>Abstract</title> <p><bold>Background: </bold>Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus (CCHFV) belongs to the <italic>Nairovididae</italic> family in the <italic>Orthonairovirus </italic>genus and is an emerging tick-borne virus.
