<h4>Introduction</h4> Typhoid fever can be challenging to diagnose since clinicians often depend merely on clinical presentation. Clinical scores are useful to provide more accurate diagnosis. Variables in Nelwan Score are derived from clinical signs and symptoms of suspected cases for typhoid.
