Fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (FL-HCC) is a rare variant of hepatocellular carcinoma, occurs in young adults. It presents with vague symptoms and diagnosed by imaging and biopsy. The treatment is surgery. We report a case of 15 years old male patient who was diagnosed with (FL-HCC) and treated with surgical resection.
