A total of 395 single-zoospore isolates of Phytophthora sojae that were obtained from 467 soybean fields in Heilongjiang, China from 2011 to 2015 were identified for pathotypes using differential soybean cultivars with Rps1a, Rps1b, Rps1c, Rps1d, Rps1k, Rps2, Rps3a, Rps3b, Rps3c, Rps4, Rps5, Rps6, Rps7, and Rps8 resistance genes.
