<title>Abstract</title> <p><italic>Cysticercus bovis</italic> is the metacestode of the commonly defined foodborne cestode, <italic>Taenia saginata</italic>. It infects heart, masseter muscles and other muscular sites of cattle causing bovine cysticercosis.
