Fusarium oxysporum is an important pathogen that can reduce corm and flower production of Gladiolus. Cell suspensions of four Fusarium susceptible Gladiolus cultivars (Friendship, Peter Pears, Victor Borge and Novalux) were found highly sensitive to the fusaric acid (FA).
