To search for hub microRNAs (miRNAs) that might serve as biomarkers for breast cancer (BC), we conducted out comprehensive analysis of data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and whole transcriptome profiling (WT).
