<title>Abstract</title> <p>The Mycoplasma Immunoglobulin Binding/Protease (MIB-MIP) system is a candidate virulence factor present in multiple pathogenic species of the <italic>Mollicutes</italic>, including the fast-growing species <italic>Mycoplasma feriruminatoris</italic>.
