<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) is a multisystem developmental disorder frequently associated with heterozygous loss-of-function mutations of Nipped-B-like ( NIPBL ), the human homolog of Drosophila Nipped-B .
