<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> <h4>Objective</h4> Accurate drug dosing in obese patients requires an estimation of ideal body weight (IBW) or lean body weight (LBW) for dosing hydrophilic medications. Erroneous weight estimates during the management of critically ill adults may contribute to poor outcomes.
