The pathogenic properties of Potato virus Y (PVY; genus Potyvirus, family Potyviridae) isolates collected in naturally infected pepper (Capsicum annuum) fields in Tunisia were evaluated against recessive resistance alleles at the pvr2 locus of pepper.
