<title>Abstract</title> <p>Septoria tritici blotch (STB) is a foliar disease of wheat (<italic>Triticum</italic> <italic>aestivum</italic> L.) caused by the ascomycete fungus <italic>Zymoseptoria tritici</italic>. STB is a polycyclic disease and represents a significant threat to wheat production, reducing yield and grain quality.
