<h4>SUMMARY</h4> IMPORTIN-α3/MOS6 (MODIFIER OF SNC1, 6) is one of nine importin-α isoforms in Arabidopsis that recruit nuclear localization signal (NLS)-containing cargo proteins to the nuclear import machinery.
